We are looking for graduates to our Transport & Infrastructure teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading engineering and professional services firm. We are recruiting for roles in our Bridges & Civil Engineering Structures, Rail, Water, Roads & Highways, Society Advisory and Urban Development teams across Sweden.
Bridge & Civil Engineering Structures
Within the Bridge & Civil Engineering section, WSP has gathered the company's expertise in bridge engineering, hydraulic engineering and marine construction in all phases from investigation, planning and design to construction and management. The section, which is among the market leaders in Sweden, is also among the leaders in the country within 3D planning and 3D design.
Masters or Bachelors Degree backgrounds considered: MEng Civil Engineering, MEng Civil & Structural, BEng Structural Engineering or similar
Locations: Stockholm, Falun, Norrköping, Malmö, Göteborg, Karlstad, Örebro, Jönköping and others considered.
Rail
Within the Railway section, expertise is represented for all disciplines such as land planning, track, electric power, overhead lines, signals, telecommunications, ducting, traffic and capacity and early stages. All employees, both nationally and internationally, combine their expertise by working on large multidisciplinary as well as smaller assignments.

Water engineering
Sub Sector Water offers comprehensive services in drinking water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure. We offer consulting services from early investigations to detailed technical solutions in pipe and process technology. The services also include operation and maintenance, water economics, stormwater and flood investigations, watercourse modeling, planning issues, as well as legal and water management organization.
Masters or Bachelors Degree backgrounds considered: Msc Infrastructure and Environmental Engineering, Bsc Civil Engineering or similar

Roads & Highways
The Roads and Highways team have broad expertise in investigations, traffic, road technology, road design and the preparation and delivery of road plans and construction documents. We work in all disciplines and stages of road projects.

Urban development
Our teams are involved in some of Sweden's largest urban development projects with strong local roots. We offer services in land planning, minor roads, environment, landscape and measurement technology. Society Advisory
In the sub-sector Society advisory, we offer strategic advice in the early stages and throughout a project's entire life cycle, within all major societal sectors, for example: community development, urban and property development, transport, mobility and infrastructure, industry, environment and sustainability, Asset Management, financing and organization.
Masters or Bachelors Degree backgrounds considered: Bsc Urban Planning, MEng Transport & Mobility, Msc Economics, Bsc Urban & Regional Planning or similar

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The selection process is based on how well candidates’ qualifications and experience match the role requirements. Candidates who pass the initial selection will be invited to complete an online assessment. Selection will then be made based on the results of the test. The next step is a phone interview with a recruiter, where you will have the opportunity to further present yourself and learn more about WSP.
