We are looking for graduates to our Project Management teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading engineering and professional services firm. To join the ECP-program, you need to be based in Sweden and fluent in the Swedish language will be very meritorious.
We are recruiting for Graduate Engineers throughout Sweden for the following business disciplines:
Project Management
With our qualified services in project management, construction management, inspection, fire risk and safety, we help our customers run projects from start to finish. Our offering includes everything from overall program management and complete project management organizations to specialist services within project management. In many projects we help our customers in the roles of construction manager, design manager and/or project engineers.
We are active in all phases of the construction process, from developing prospective projects, through the entire project implementation and with services in the management phase. We also act as advisors in the project-related matters where the aim often is to increase our clients’ project maturity. Always with the customer in focus!
Project Management – Bachelor or Masters Degree backgrounds considered: Civil Engineering, University Engineer or similar

Fire, Risk & Safety Management
WSP is one of the largest players in Sweden in the fields of fire protection, risk management, and security. Our experts work with Fire protection design of buildings, Inspection of automatic alarm and extinguishing systems, Systematic fire protection work, Risk management in physical planning, Risk management in road and railway processes, Safety and security, Project risk management and Accident investigations.

Rail Advisory
At Rail Advisory, you will join a team where experienced senior consultants work closely with earlycareer talent to shape the future of sustainable rail travel. We work across the Nordic region and on selected international assignments, supporting clients throughout the rail and public transport sector. Our projects range from procuring new trains and modernising existing fleets, to futureproofing maintenance through structured asset management, supporting business development and customer dialogues, and preparing documentation for traffic tenders.

RECRUTIMENT PROCESS

The selection process is based on how well candidates’ qualifications and experience match the role requirements. Candidates who pass the initial selection will be invited to complete an online assessment. Selection will then be made based on the results of the test. The next step is a phone interview with a recruiter, where you will have the opportunity to further present yourself and learn more about WSP.
