Early Career Program 2025

We are looking for graduates for our Project Management teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading engineering and professional services firm. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.

We are recruiting for Graduate Engineers throughout Sweden for the following business disciplines:

Project Management

With our qualified services in project management, construction management, inspection, fire risk and safety, we help our customers run projects from start to finish. Our offering includes everything from overall program management and complete project management organizations to specialist services within project management. In many projects we help our customers in the roles of construction manager, design manager and/or project engineers.

We are active in all phases of the construction process, from developing prospective projects, through the entire project implementation and with services in the management phase. We also act as advisors in the project-related matters where the aim often is to increase our clients’ project maturity. Always with the customer in focus!

• Project Management – Bachelor or Masters Degree backgrounds considered: Civil Engineering, University Engineer or similar

Fire, Risk & Safety Management

WSP is one of the largest players in Sweden in the fields of fire protection, risk management, and security. Our experts work with Fire protection design of buildings, Inspection of automatic alarm and extinguishing systems, Systematic fire protection work, Risk management in physical planning, Risk management in road and railway processes, Safety and security, Project risk management and Accident investigations.

Rail Advisory

Our Rail Advisory team’s future-proof tomorrow's transportation by offering technology and business consulting in the transport sector. As the Nordic region's leading business advisor, we have expertise in the procurement of new and refurbishment of old trains, traffic agreements, and asset management. Our expertise includes railway traffic, public transport, maintenance, rolling stock, project management, and signaling systems.

Our recruitment process

You'll receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application shortly after applying. After we have reviewed your application, if we feel your background and skills are suitable, you will be sent through to the second stage in the process which is an online behavioural assessment.

If you are successful after completing the assessment, we will be work hard to match you to the most suitable roles in our business.

Those applicants that complete and pass the initial assessment will progress to the next step which will be a digital interview, where more information about the following process will be provided. This often takes place within a few weeks but it’s good to know that the whole process can last up to 10 weeks in total if you're an early applicant. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process and time that your application is being considered however, due to the volume of applications received, we are not able to respond to individual requests for status updates.
